This year, the FIFA World Cup is being hosted jointly by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A record 48 teams will participate in the tournament, and more matches than ever before will be played - 104 in total. The FIFA World Cup is the world’s largest sports event, bringing people together around the world, and the upcoming tournament is estimated to have over 4 billion viewers worldwide.

Experience the FIFA World Cup for the first time in Tampere at Sori Square. Keskikenttä 2026 is organizing a unique and atmospheric public viewing area for the duration of the FIFA World Cup. We offer high-quality giant screens, a large tent and a terrace with over 250 seats in total, great food and drinks, plenty of smaller events inside the area, and a close and tight community cheering over our favorite teams together. The event is free.
